Ingredients
4 medium Hagen Taro peeled and cut into 12 pieces. Preboil the Taro pieces making sure not to over cook them.
1 bundle Pitpit peeled.
1 tablespoon garlic minced.
1 tablespoon ginger minced.
8 Zenag drumsticks. You can also preboil or just cook over fire.
Salt & Pepper
20 grams Chicken powder.
500 ml fresh coconut milk. Add more if required
Methods
In a medium pot add oil over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, onions when oil starts to shimmer. Stir the spices with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes then add in your coconut cream and let it simmer before adding the rest of the ingredients. Cook for another 3 minutes until coconut cream starts to boil.
Serve while it’s still hot . Enjoy
