Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
2 cups of all-purpose flour.
20 grams of chicken powder.
Salt and pepper.
1 tray 700g Zenag chicken breast. For this recipe, you only need three chicken breasts cut into strips.
2 cups breadcrumbs
3 Zenag medium Eggs
2 cups vegetable oil
Methods
Add flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup pepper, 20 grams chicken powder and mix well with a Whisk. Place the chicken strips into the flour and coat well.
Whisk the eggs and 1 cup water in a medium bowl. Remove a piece of chicken from the flour, dip into the egg mixture, then the breadcrumbs, gently pressing the crumbs into the chicken, and set on a clean plate. Repeat with the remaining pieces of chicken.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken pieces to the pan and brown each side, about 8 minutes total. Use a thong or spatula to transfer the chicken Nuggets to a paper-towel-line plate.
Salt while hot and serve.
